If additional verification is required for your Mango Prepaid Account

Unfortunately Mango Money may be unable to identify you through our normal online process and are required by our banking partners to verify your identification and proof of residency. There are many reasons for being required to submit additional information such as a recent address change or name change. Once we have validated and approved your information, we can issue your new account.

The process is simple and our verification agents are standing by to assist you.
