I want to close my account

The easiest way is to not load any more funds into your account and withdraw the balance at an ATM or use as a swipe transaction. If you would like to receive a check please call customer service.

Note: The bank requires us to notify you that there may be a fee to draft an account closure check and it may take 5-6 weeks to receive the check.

    How do I close my account I do not have a Card and haven't signed up for one yet this Company has took £20 out of my bank account?
