Creating a username and password for the first time

• Visit https://my.mangomoney.com/chp

• Click on “First time here? Enroll”

• Enter the required information and select your Username

• When asking for the last 4 digits of ID, it is asking for the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number used when you enrolled. 

• If any of the boxes turns red, it means you entered something incorrectly or the information doesn't conform to the system requirements.
